Yes. i can help u, though it will take a long time 2 get to even remotly my level, as ive been literally LIVING in shadows (my room and my entire house barely see any light whatsoever). What you need to do is sit/stand/meditate in a fairly dark room and focus on everything that has hurt you, or made you feel anger. Dont expect to see results quickly, as this psionic is the hardest to attain, and 4 that matter, control. Ive been practicing for nearly nine years, and im not even considered an intermidiate master (though there r only 8068 Umbrakinetic users in the world currently). Your first sign that youve been granted the ability is that your shadow will change and shift depending on your mood, and youll also be able to see a little better in the dark. There are consequences to this gift also, but ill get to them later, Now, after youve noticed that youve been granted the ability, you must meditate(again) but this time, make the shadows feel like water around you, try to make your body "feel" like its one with the shadows (sort of..i dont know how else 2 xplain it) Once you do this, stop meditating (no, you dont have to say any words 2 meditate) and after a while of doing this, you should sort of feel the presence of the shadows. (ill let u get this far, then u can tell me when u get there, or r u already there?)

Now, for what you can do with this ability, there are three catagories that i place them in (my best friend is a master at umbra)


1) Begginer- your shadow minipulates itself to your mood, with training, you can make a shadowed wall of sorts(a tinted wall around you, make you feel at home in the shadows)

2) intermediate (me)- you can mold shodows into semi-solid balls and use them as weapons, or solify them into small items like wristbands or something (if u try something big at this point, ull either knock urself out, or rip ur soul from ur body)

3) master- You can mold shadows into ANYTHING you wish, chairs, swords, knives, etc. You can also mold you body into a shadow and basically teleport anyplace shadows are located (though when u 1st try this u WILL pass out). You will be able to see in the shadows as if it were day (in a figure of speech) You will be able to use shadows in any way u wish, they will, in a sence, become a part of your body. BUT, everything you make will be black or grey.


concequences-
1) Not any, just wierd looks from your shape-shifting shadow

2) (these alternate between people) 1) you will have beserk powers, going off randomely, or ull end up having a mis-development and develope pyro-kinesis. If ur lucky, ull be without any consequences.

3) if u have extremely bad luck, ull end up seeing spirits, and have to eat souls in order to keep ur power from devouring ur soul, thats why this power is hard to obtain, its the most dangerous.
